If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us.
Items must be returned within 30 days after your purchase date.
We will need to receive the items back unopened, unused and in the original packaging for change of mind or ordered an incorrect item.
Gift cards/vouchers purchased can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.
Shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer and is deducted from the refund. For returns processed through the returns form below, the customers will pay for their shipping and receive a full refund of their item(s). Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.60.
Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.
Orders placed with gift cards or store credit will have the full amount refunded, the gift card/store credit will not be reinstated, unless returned via our returns form.

Sometimes we make mistakes. You can return your item(s) if you ordered incorrectly, as long as the item(s) is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You will need to return within 30 days of purchasing the item(s) and pay for return shipping.
Allergy
In the rare instance you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us. The Aesthetik will cover the shipping costs.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
